కైలాస రక్ష
యోగానికి ఆదిగురువు శివుడు. శివుడు తన జ్ఞానాన్ని కైలాసములోనే శక్తి రూపంలో దాచి ఉంచాడు. అందుకే కైలాసాన్ని శివుని స్వస్థలం అని చెపుతారు. శివుడు అక్కడే కూర్చుని ఉన్నాడని అర్థం కాదు. ఆ కొండలో తన జ్ఞానాన్ని, శక్తిని, కృపని నిక్షిప్తం చేసి పెట్టాడని అర్థం. కైలాస రక్షను లాకెట్ లాగ ధరిస్తే అపారమైన జ్ఞానం కలుగుతుంది.
