Chant 11 times daily
Manas Shanthi Yantra Pooja
Clean the Yantra gently with clean water and wipe it dry.
Place the Yantra on a clean altar, preferably facing East or North.
Light a ghee lamp and incense.
Offer fresh flowers, preferably white flowers.
Offer sandalwood paste (Chandan) and a little kumkum.
Offer fruits or a small sweet as Naivedyam.
Sit peacefully and take a few slow breaths.
Mentally pray for Manas Shanthi, emotional balance, clarity, peaceful sleep, and harmony.
Chant “Om Shantiḥ Shantiḥ Shantiḥ” 11 times.
Conclude with a prayer and Namaskaram.

Monday is traditionally considered especially suitable because the Moon (Chandra) is associated with the mind, emotions, peace, and mental stability.
You can perform the pooja every Monday, or do a short daily prayer with the Yantra.
